Dottie LaFitte has joined Remodeling Services Unlimited as Project Manager and New Home Construction Coordinator.

Dottie is a licensed home builder and brings over 30 years of residential building experience to the company. She joined the HBA of Columbia in 1979 and served as its President 1987. She received the Gordon A. Harrison Award for outstanding contributions to the building industry in 1989.

In 2009 she became a Senior Life Director for the National Association of Homebuilders and has served as BUILD-PAC trustee for South Carolina since 1982. In 1998, Dottie became the first woman inducted in the South Carolina Housing Hall of Fame.

Dottie is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and has two sons, three step-children, and seven Grandchildren.
