Allyson Way Hank- Vice President (Construction and Business Development)

Allyson Way Hank, a licensed residential builder with a deep custom background, brings almost twenty years of experience to Remodeling Services Unlimited.  Previously with the Mungo organization, Allyson was a project manager for Sovereign Homes and Mungo Homes. Prior to joining Mungo Homes, Allyson was vice president of Way Construction Company, a custom residential and commercial construction company and family business. According to Steven Mungo, principal, “Allyson was a custom homes builder before joining us five years ago, and has consistently performed outstanding work. Her business sense, design skills and knowledge of systems will serve her well in her new role.”

Allyson joins a small percentage of women who head building companies. The National Association of Home Builders reports that less than 10 percent of the construction industry is made up of women, and only a fraction of the companies represented have women at the helm. Allyson says she is looking forward to continuing the vision on which Remodeling Services Unlimited, Inc. was formed in 1984: building custom and semi-custom homes for those looking for classic elegance, upscale detailing and a home building experience that is enjoyable and low-pressure.  Allyson works with her clients to design and build your unique project from start to finish.

Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband and thirteen year old son.   As a family, the Hanks are very active in their church.  Allyson loves working with the youth and coordinates many of their activities.  Allyson also enjoys entertaining with family and friends.
